Today I took part in Wilhelmina’s Spiritual development workshop. What an amazing day, in an amazing space! The various components of the workshop are taught with clarity and ease of understanding, with plenty of time allocated to discussions and questions. Also, various components are taught practically, with a hands on approach, which made for a greater atmosphere and some great laughs with all involved. I leave the workshop today with a much greater understanding of myself, and an invaluable set of tools and techniques which give me great confidence in going forward on this journey.
