We cannot offer returns if you change your mind or have misread the description. Sizes, colors. If an item is damaged, contact must be made within 3 days and the items returned within 7 days. Items must be returned prior to arranging a refund. Please be aware buyer is responsible for return postage costs, postal costs cannot be refunded. Postage costs will only be refunded unless I have stated otherwise. We recommend using registered post including insurance up to the value of the items being returned to ensure your items are returned safe, so we can offer a refund if necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
